studio policies

  • 50% deposit is required to reserve the date.

  • BANK DEPOSIT DETAILS WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA TEXT/FB MESSENGER

  • deposits are only refunded if client cancels 48 hours before session start time.

  • outside engineers are welcome. Same rate still applies.

  •  clients may come in 15 mins early prior to your appointment to bring in equipment and set up (ONLY IF THERE IS NO BOOKING BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED SLOT)

  • THE SESSION CLOCK TIME BEGINS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME THAT THE CLIENT BOOKED.

  • SET UP TIME WILL BE BILLED AT REGULAR STUDIO RATES. THIS INCLUDES LOAD-IN, INSTRUMENT SETUP, MIC PLACEMENT, LEVEL SETTING, MEDIA TRANSFERS, ETC.

  • CLIENTS WHO ARE LATE WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY THE APPOINTED time/hours booked

  • SESSION FILES WILL ONLY BE RELEASED WHEN FULL PAYMENT OF THE SESSION IS RECEIVED. ONCE SESSION FILES HAS BEEN TURNED OVER TO THE CLIENT (file storage up to 10 days), SOUTH BAY STUDIO IS NO LONGER EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN A BACKUP COPY OF THE SESSION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN WRITING.

  • please keep in mind that the artists' preparation for the session will greatly affect the outcome of the recording

            * bringing of own cameras (phones         included) for filming inside the studio while   recording will be charged 500 pesos per hour                                  per   camera
